“Friday Night Canoe,” Fridays, September 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 7 p.m., Boat Rental at Mt. Vernon Picnic Area. Join a park interpreter and paddle a 34-foot canoe to discover a bit of history and Stony Creek Lake life. Fee: $3 per person. Pre-registration required.
