| PARK AMENITIES
Escape the daily grind at Wolcott Mill Metropark where you can visit farm animals, step back in time at a historic grist mill or play 18 holes of golf. This 2,625 acre park, which also includes Camp Rotary, is located along the banks of the North Branch of the Clinton River in Ray Township, in north central Macomb County. New driving directions: Please note that the newly constructed M-53 no longer has an exit for 28 Mile Road. If you are going to the farm, mill or Camp Rotary from M-53, take the 26 Mile Road exit east to Romeo Plank Road north to 29 Mile Road. |

| CAMP ROTARY
An activity building and picnic pavilion nestled near the river and woods provide the perfect setting for social events. The building can host parties up to 120 persons and functions with up to 200 persons can be held in the pavilion. For reservations, call Stony Creek Metropark at (586)781-4242. The Warren Astronomical Society holds astronomical events, and operates and maintains the observatory, including 12-inch telescope. 4-H groups and other equine organizations use the three show rings. |

| HORSEBACK RIDING
Ten miles of equestrian trails, that begin at Camp Rotary, take horse riders through farm fields, through wooded areas, and along the North Branch of the Clinton River. Riders need to obtain a bridle tag, available at Stony Creek Metropark, in order to use the trail. |

| FARM LEARNING CENTER
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm daily This 250-acre working farm features a herd of dairy cows, chickens, horses, sheep, and ducks. The cows are milked at 10 a.m. daily from April 1 through October 31 and from November 1 through March 31 milking is at 5 p.m. Kids delight at visiting the animals, and can discover where our food comes from as they look at displays throughout the barns. | HISTORIC GRIST MILL Building Hours - 9 am - 5 pm: January thru February - Open Friday thru Sunday March - Open Thursday thru Sunday April thru December - Open Wednesday thru Sunday The Mill, its grain grinding machinery and exhibits offer a rare look at our past. Mills like this one once dotted Michigan's countryside. Today, only a few remain. Built in 1847, the Mill operated until 1967. Interpretive staff give tours by appointment, and conduct programs on most weekends throughout the year. For additional information, please call (586)-749-5997 or (800) 477-3175 . The barn museum features the history of American barns, with a buggy, antique farming equipment and tools. A gazebo provides a focal point for events, or a quiet place for conversation or photographs. | |

| HIKING
Two trails, covering one and one-half miles, allow hikers to enjoy the historical and natural surroundings of the historic mill site located in the park. Millrace Trail takes hikers along the old millrace on the site and returns along the North Branch of the Clinton River. Mother Earth Trail uses an interpretive flyer to explain the use of the area by Native Americans long before the mill was built. Moderately flat terrain. |

Located near Ray Center and 27 Mile roads, the North Branch of the Clinton River runs through this 6,352-yard, par-72 course. Beer and wine sold at the starter building; no coolers allowed.
