Eagles on Ice

Join us to learn all about bald eagles and how they survive the winter in Michigan. We will head out to use the spotting scope to experience some great views of the animals and birds who take advantage of the open waters of the Detroit River.

What to Expect:
This program is entirely outdoors. The time, approximately 120 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. We will conclude at the Lake Erie Marshlands Museum. The planned path surface is dirt and gravel, and mostly flat and level.

Ages: Fun for all ages!
Time: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult
Location: Lake Erie Metropark, Marshlands Museum

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
